Position Description The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the quote conversion process and project setup.
They work hand in hand with internal team members from sales, operations, and finance to achieve these tasks.
The role will facilitate relationships with key customer contacts to enhance the customer experience and provide additional support.
To be successful the CSR is genuinely excited to help customers and they love to talk they are patient, empathetic, and communicate clearly.
Responsibilities Responsible for managing new project setup in ERP system Creates new mat agreements in YMT; manage agreement changes based on change order requests from customer Responsible for new customer setup in ERP system; including credit reference checks, sales tax status validation, and working with A/R to establish credit terms Work with legal team and customers on lease agreements Provide customers with monthly reporting on lease term expiration Will support multiple business units on project & mat agreement setup Be able to manage multiple priorities and daily activities with ease Always maintain a high level of communication with the operations and sales team, ensuring that system setup is accurate Be able to problem solve and give clear and concise feedback Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience Position Requirements To be successful in this role at YAK would not to be satisfied with the status quo and be passionate about working cross-functionally to implement process improvements Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality High degree of attention to detail Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Must be well-organized and methodical Must have excellent analytical, organizational, verbal, written, and communication skills High School Diploma or equivalent Must be experienced in a fast-paced, professional, customer service driven team environment Experience with an ERP system preferred but not required Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, preferred Personal Attributes Interpersonal Communication - Navigate and relate with all levels of the organization; builds appropriate rapport; builds constructive and effective relationships; uses diplomacy and tact; can diffuse even high-tension situations comfortably.
