The PM is responsible for providing value to the customer by ensuring their project is executed on time, within budget, and according to the terms of the contract.

To be successful, the PM will assume ownership for each of their projects and will manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities In addition to working closely with Estimating, Finance, Operations, and Field Personnel, the Project Manager's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
? Responsible for planning, designing, and implementing solutions to meet project needs ? Perform cost analysis, project scheduling and project management activities ? Work closely with the pipeline sales team to design and estimate solutions for projects ? Be able to manage priorities of analysis and daily operational activities with ease ? Develop execution plans, schedules, project narratives, and other written communication as part of proposals ? Understand basic inventory principles and troubleshoot issues when required.
? Assist with the review and execution of contracts, work orders, change orders, and similar.
? Always maintain a high level of communication with the logistics team, ensuring that all project logistic goals are being met.
? At the beginning of strategic projects, schedule a kick-off call to address issues to ensure all internal teams understand deliverables and billing requirements.
? Review project schedules, purchase orders and acknowledgment of accuracy within Yak Mat Tracker (YMT).
Creating project schedules within YMT to project revenue forecasts and management of equipment and personnel.
? Must be capable of addressing order exceptions to the benefit of both the customer and the company.
Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making.
? Ensure projects are properly executed, as budgeted, and billed in a timely manner within scope of the contract ? Interface with customer throughout the project life cycle to gain feedback and provide information for customer satisfaction ? Communicate project status to management, providing forecasts of revenue, costs, schedule, billing, and other metric / dashboard items ? Make specific recommendations and changes to improve / increase project performance.
Position Requirements ? High School Diploma or equivalent ? 2
years of experience in a customer service/support setting required ? Experience with an ERP system helpful ? Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, preferred ? Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
? Ability to maintain tight project schedules with a high rate of change.
? Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
? Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
