Key
Responsibilities:
Plan, organize and direct the technical operations of all cable systems within the assigned operational area
Manage, direct, evaluate, and motivate technical staff
Create and maintain the best practice standards for technical operations
Technical liaison between the field and office (this position will assist in coordinating dispatch/customer service efforts with the field to provide exceptional customer service)
Lead change towards an effective work environment by demonstrating the ability to manage successful projects from launch to completion
Compliance/completion of all FCC testing and documentation
Travel throughout the region as required

Job Requirements:
High School Diploma
Associates Degree in Electronics or related field, preferred.
5 years cable television technical operation experience on a system wide basis
3-5 years of previous management and supervisory experience
Knowledge of National Electrical Code, OSHA, FCC rules and regulations, and related state and local codes
Knowledge o f advanced CATV technologies, including full understanding of the operations and equipment of a CATV headend
Computer literacy in Lotus, Excel and Word
Good interpersonal and supervisory skills
Valid drivers license with a satisfactory driving record
